Adam Simpson
Adam lives in Austin, TX with a wife, three boys and a suspiciously hairy dog. He pays the bills as a web developer but has enjoyed roleplaying games and reading sc-fi/fantasy for years. He has traveled to over 30 countries and learned the hard way that travel broadens the mind.
Although a World of Darkness fan, Adam sees the published books as elements to work with rather than a finished setting to use “as is.” He was a Mage fan ever since he saw an advertisement for the unreleased Mage 1st edition. The core concepts and connections to philosophies and historical groups keep bringing him back to Mage. His DIY approach to gaming makes him a little less interested in published metaplot and NPCs and more interested in where new Chronicles can go. Adam spent years online as “Tachyon” but he’s feeling much better now.
Terry Robinson
Terry has been playing Mage: The Ascension since he was seduced by the Tyrian Purple cover of 2nd Edition around 1997 during a Star Wars CCG tournament. Terry enjoys Chronicles that introduce elements from other World of Darkness lines and has a preference for plots driven by a ticking clock, unreliable witnesses, disagreements over the nature of reality, and the Technocrats not necessarily being the bad guys and other shades of gray. He has no idea how people actually play Wraith but he respects them nonetheless. He is an unabashed defender of archspheres.
Outside of Mage, Terry volunteers to run science and ecology programs for Scouts BSA (the Boy Scouts), participates in community opera, enjoys bookbinding (mostly World of Darkness supplements) and is involved in drug harm reduction programs in his neighborhood.
